BPJS: Become a participant of BPJS Kesehatan (Provision of Health Social Security)

BPJS Health Participant is every person, including foreigner who work at least 6 (six) months in Indonesia, who has paid dues, covering:




1. Beneficiaries of Health Insurance Contributions (PBI): the poor and the needy, with the determination of the participants in accordance with the provisions of legislation.

2. Non-Beneficiary of Health Insurance Contribution (Non PBI), consisting of:

* Wage-earning Workers and members of their families

a) Civil Servants;
b) Members of the TNI;
c) Members of the Police;
d) State Officials;
e) Non Government Officials;
f) Private Employees; and
g) Workers who do not include the letter a to f who receive the Wages.
Including foreigners who work in Indonesia for a minimum of 6 (six) months.

* Unpaid Workers and members of their families

a) Workers outside the employment relationship or Self-employed; and
b) Workers who do not include letter a who are not Wage earners. Including foreigners who work in Indonesia for a minimum of 6 (six) months.

* Wage-earning Workers and members of their families

a) Civil Servants;
b) Members of the TNI;
c) Members of the Police;
d) State Officials;
e) Non Government Officials;
f) Private Employees; and
g) Workers who do not include the letter a to f who receive the Wages.
Including foreigners who work in Indonesia for a minimum of 6 (six) months.

* Unpaid Workers and members of their families

a) Workers outside the employment relationship or Self-employed; and
b) Workers who do not include letter a who are not Wage earners. Including foreigners who work in Indonesia for a minimum of 6 (six) months.

* Not a worker and a member of his family

a) Investors;
b) the Procuring Entity;
c) Pension Recipients, consisting of:




– Civil Servants who stop with the right to retire;
– Members of the TNI and members of the Police who have retired with the right to retirement;
– State Official terminating with pension right;
– Widows, widowers, or orphans of pension recipients who are entitled to retirement;
– Other pension recipients; and
– Widows, widowers, or orphans from other pension recipients who are entitled to retirement.

d) Veterans;
e) Independence Pioneers;
f) Widows, widowers, or orphans of Veterans or Pioneers of Independence; and
g) Non Workers who do not include the letter a sd e who are able to pay dues.

 

Members of the Insured Family

1. Wage Workers:

· The nuclear family includes legal wives and children (biological children, stepchildren and / or adopted children), as many as 5 (five) persons.
· Biological children, stepchildren of legitimate marriage, and legitimate adopted children, with the following criteria:

a. Have not or have not been married or have no own income;
b. Not yet 21 (twenty one) years old or not yet 25 (twenty five) years old who still continue formal education.

2. Non-Wage Workers and Non-Workers: Participants may include the desired family members (unlimited).




3. Participants may include additional family members, including 4th child and so on, father, mother and in-laws.

4. Participants may include additional family members, including other relatives such as siblings / sisters-in-law, household assistants, etc.
